Bonus Terms & Conditions
The rules that apply to any bonus or promotional credit on an account.
1. Nature of a bonus
A bonus or promotional credit granted by Zerventa is added to the account as credit. It counts toward equity and margin and can be used to open positions, but it is not withdrawable and is not part of the balance.
2. Eligibility
Bonuses are offered at the Company's discretion to verified live accounts, subject to the specific offer published at the time. One bonus per client unless the offer states otherwise. The Company may decline, limit or withdraw an offer at any time.
3. Removal of credit
Credit is removed in full when a withdrawal request is made on the account, when the account is inactive for the period stated in the offer, or when the offer expires. If removing credit leaves equity below the margin required for open positions, positions may be closed by stop-out.
4. Profit and losses
Profit made while trading with credit is yours and can be withdrawn once any trading-volume condition in the offer is met. Losses reduce the balance first and then the credit.
5. Abuse
Using a bonus to hedge across accounts, arbitrage against other clients or exploit the offer in a way not intended is abuse. The Company may cancel the bonus, reverse profits attributable to it and close the account.
6. Changes
The Company may amend or end a promotion by notice on the website. Credit already granted is governed by the terms in force when it was granted.
